Scoping Your Requirement

At the start of the engagement with your cyber security consultant, we’ll carry out a scoping exercise with you during which we’ll agree on your needs, specific objectives and timescales. Based on this we’ll discuss and agree on the time required to deliver the service. If you need an urgent outcome, we’ll scope multiple consultants.

With the scope and timescales understood, we’ll then agree on the most appropriate commercial model with you. This could be day rate consultancy or an outcome-based engagement. A statement of work will be agreed and a project coordinator allocated for the engagement, together with your consultants.
